I have medium length hair (falls just below my collarbones) and it’s not long enough to stay in. Completely pointless for me, but if your hairs longer it might work.

The curls are nice, but because you do it for two different partings, the front can look a bit weird. I think the other heatless curl product with the long barrel that allows to curl each side of the hair individually works best
