My favourite blend is Light Relax. Using this oil during my evening hot shower was extremely calming as it filled the air with a Ylang Ylang and Lavender scent.

I often struggle to fall asleep but this spa-like experience helped to release the tension in my muscles and relax my mind.

Equally, using the dry Polishing Body Brush beforehand helped to aid blood circulation and made me feel more restful.
