Haven’t noticed a massive difference. Its a nice taste though think bit overpriced for what it is. Might try the strips to whiten and see if that helps too

Not sure that it’s worth the money. Very minty (too minty for me) and I also think it has a weird texture. I haven’t noticed a difference yet so not sure if I would buy again
