Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
Application: Wet hair thoroughly and apply shampoo. Lather by adding a little water, then emulsify and rinse.
Refill: You can easily refill your pump bottle over & over thanks to a 3-step process:

Remove the pouch cap by unscrewing it.
Pour into the empty unrinsed bottle of the associated shampoo. Do not rinse the pump and keep it protected from dirt.
