Seems to work
Seems to work for my 10-year old daughter. She has reduced the amount of times she is bitting. It seems to wear off after a few days, so you do have to apply regularly.

Trust me, this actually works
Always unconsciously bite and pick my nails when I’m stressed and have tried a few different polishes and sprays but this is the only one that works for me. Other brands wash off after washing your hands whereas this stays on like a proper polish and the taste is also very strong so you’d immediately stop biting. Was trying to stop biting my nails for over a year before trying this product and made so so much progress immediately after trying this. Always rebuy when I fall back into old habits of nail biting.

It really works!
Only bought this recently, so only used once on my daughter who has a nail biting habit. The product works as it should: very bitter taste even after washing hands/showering, we will apply regularly and am hopeful that it will help break the habit

Stops nail biting as it tastes awful
When used daily, this definitely stopped my daughter biting her nails as the taste is so bitter. It also stopped her eating with her fingers as the taste is so powerful. However, she then developed a habit of picking her nails instead. If you want to simply stop nail biting then it is an excellent product when reapplied frequently.

Seems to do the trick!
I bought this for my husband and daughter, as they’re both chronic nail biters. So I can’t personally review. But judging by the constant stream of “eugh, that’s disgusting”, “omg I did it again, it’s in my mouth” and “this is HORRIBLE”…. I would go as far as to say it’s working quite well! Haha.

Amazing
Amazing… it tastes horrendous so does it’s job. I have been a mail biter since I got my first tooth, I’m now 53years old and my nails are looking amazing x

Mavala stop biting nail varnish
I sceptical about this working but it actually stops you biting nails/thumb sucking. My daughter is constantly doing both so we agreed to try this. So far so good only thing is it doesn't last long so you'll need to top it up.
