Amazing for hair & nails!
I’ve used these for around a year or so and they’re very tasty. I don’t feel the multivitamins really do much but the hair & nail gummies work absolute wonders! I wouldn’t personally pay full price however, so always buy in bulk when on offer

Good
Easier way to take vitamins and I do find they are working. I suffer from SAD syndrome and don’t seem to have it as bad since using these and they taste nice too. Only on my first hair and nails pit put nails seem to be stronger

The multivitamins are a repeat purchase but thought I’d try the hair skin and nails as since being peri menopausal anything to help with ageing. Don’t taste too bad either. So much nicer than taking chalky huge tablets
