Not as nice as expected
I was excited to receive this pack as I really rate Sali’s advice. But I have to say I’m disappointed. Mostly due to scent issues. Most smell of nothing or just weird. The worst is the serum - which smells oddly like burnt toast. For me, applying products is a pleasurable experience so I prefer them to smell nice. I had bought the buttercream cleansing balm separately - which has a subtle floral smell, so I’d hoped these products would be similar. In terms of performance they are OK - but just OK not outstanding. I’ll put individual reviews on the product listings on here. I’ll probably use these up, but I won’t repurchase.

This was a great stocking filler at a fantastic price. The recipient tells me it feels and smells good and leaves skin felling hydrated and clean

Good value
I love the Vit c and the clean sheets face wash. Not keen on the moisturiser as I have dry skin and it does nothing! Probably more suitable for people with oily skin.

Fab set
I had tried the vitamin c serum and was eager to try the other products and I wasn't disappointed. The cleansing balm is amazing for taking off makeup and doesn't leave a film on the skin and doesn't upset my sensitive eyes. Really impressed with the quality and the prices are so affordable.

Amazing!
I bought this for myself as I wanted to start a proper skincare routine and I’m not disappointed! My skin is looking the best it’s ever looked, my face is so smooth and bright! The only downside is that the serum doesn’t smell the best but from how my face is looking I can definitely deal with it!

Incredible value on this set...
I use and love the Must C serum and Placid exfoliator on a daily basis; they are both excellent products for the price point and buying this 4 piece set was cheaper than buying just those 2 elsewhere! I'm still on the fence about the clean sheet cleanser, I may not be using enough product but I don't get that melty feeling and don't feel it's gonna replace my CeraVe as a second cleanse. The gel quench is nice and seems pretty non-comedogenic so far and I'll probably use it as a gentle pre-retinol filter. I prefer a moisturising high spf formula for daily use. I do have great respect for Sali Hughes the journalist and the brand though. How about a retinol or an spf Sali? Probably harder to stay on price point and still deliver results but we live in hope! ;-)
