Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of the Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. These two essential fatty acids have been shown to support a number of health related functions. Cod Liver Oil is also a good source of Vitamin D.

No massive results
It was my mistake but I realised after I bought it that it contains quite low levels of the DHA about 90mg and I would need more to see results. Otherwise the packaging is sturdy, the pill is easy to swallow and didn’t have gastric reflux from these.
