Fingernail breaker

I have to poke something into the gap and twist to open this palette.  I received it as part of the March Beauty Box, which I’m trying to see what different products are like and would I buy more.  The answer here is no.  I would say that you get what you pay for, but I’ve bought eyeshadows cheaper than this that are far better.  It’s not a bad product, just not a great one.  But the difficulty in opening the case alone rules it out for me.  Much as I’m blessed by my mobility, I would beg companies to remember those who are not.

Not super impressed.

I bought this palette because it was cheap and had some nice nude colours. I found some of the shades unwearable,  like the dark red one, because they were too pigmented and looked stupid on my pale skin. I like the lighter brown transition shade and use that the most. There isn’t a lot of options to make different looks with this. I could only do one nude look with it, but I guess it’s okay if you just want a little, everyday travel palette.
