To use as a cleanser:
- Application: Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth.
To use as a facial mask:
- Recommended Amount: A teaspoon-sized amount.
- Application: Apply to the face, neck and décolleté massaging gently with fingertips. Leave for 10 minutes, then hold a warm, damp cleansing cloth over the skin. Inhale the sensorial aroma. Gently wipe away. Balm may melt when warm but re-sets perfectly when cooled.

Prefer the original
Purchased as love a fresh smell. Having used the original many times before I thought this would be a nice change. The rose smell is very strong. Works lovely but wouldn’t buy again over the original one.

No cloths are provided anymore
Product works great but be warned this no longer comes with the cloth like it use to!!! I’m still using a ratty old one Elemis one because this new tub doesn’t come with one

I adore this cleansing balm and have been using this for 3+ years to remove my make up every night. This cleansing balm literally melts away any traces of makeup and dirt on my face so effortlessly leaving my skin feeling clean and soft. All the cleansing balms smell divine but this is by far my favourite

Cleansing Balm Must Have
I love the Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm - my favourite scent is the fig. This was my first time using the rose scented balm and it is pleasant but not overpowering. Highly recommend as your make up just melts off and your skin doesn’t feel greasy.
