So grab your best dress, pop on some killer shoes, and get your London beauty regime in order...it's time to conquer London Fashion Week.
The Very Best Of London Beauty
1.Ciaté London
Ciaté London began in 2009 when brand director Charlotte Knight decided to go from Nail Technician to global beauty enthusiast. Ciaté may now be sold worldwide, but its roots still remain in the British capital. The brand began with their now infamous Paint Pots, but have now branched out into Colour Cosmetics. Our favourite product? The Ciaté London Pretty Stix Lipstick. Just one swipe of this and you're ready for your catwalk.2.Rimmel
£8.99Rimmel is one of the most famous London beauty brands, with their slogan "Get The London Look" and their adverts with iconic British beauty, Kate Moss. The brand is fashion-forward, translating the trends coming off the catwalk into easy-to-use and versatile colour cosmetics. Our go-to product is the Rimmel Super Gel Nail Polish Duo Kit, which is in collaboration with Kate and uses the bright vibrancy of London's street-style to bring you an eye-catching nail colour.3.James Read
James Read has worked with many British beauties, including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Ellie Goulding, and his products are praised worldwide. The brand still remains truly British however, working with designers backstage at Fashion Week to deliver a natural and gorgeous glow. Our go-to product is the Overnight Tan Sleep Mask, which contains beautifying properties to hydrate your skin as it tans while you sleep.4.Pixi
Although Pixi was founded by Swedish Petra Strand, the brand's first flagship store was actually built in London, and is still there today! Petra has years of experience in the cosmetics industry as a makeup artist, and has created a collection of products which deliver fabulous results. We love the Hydrating Milky Mist, which also happens to be loved by beauty bloggers too! It's brilliant for keeping on your desk at work or travelling with to instantly refresh your complexion and leave you glowing.5.Real Techniques
Real Techniques was founded by British beauties Samantha and Nicola Chapman. Their aunt was a famous London makeup artist, who was one of their sources of inspiration for getting into the industry. Today the brand remains inherently British, with new products constantly arriving on the scene that deliver excellent results. We adore their Bold Metals Triangle Foundation Brush, which remains fashion-forward yet still works brilliantly to buff our foundation base into our skin.6.Percy and Reed
Percy and Reed was founded by Adam Reed and Paul Percival and since then has grown from strength to strength. The founders are at the healm of the London haircare scene, and have produced a collection of products that give you salon-worthy results from the comfort of your own home. Our favourite product is the Percy and Reed Eau My Goodness Shine and Fragrance Spray, which gives our hair an instant uplift in scent and body. It smells just like roses, which in the midst of London city is a blessing!7.Lottie London
For fashion-forward and trend-driven makeup products, look no further than the fabulous Lottie London! All of their brushes are cruelty-free and vegan, making them a star buy for their value price point. We love their bright colours, and our cosmetics bags are never without their trusty tools at London Fashion Week. Our favourite product is their Make Me Blush Brush, which gives us a gorgeous swirl of colour and feels super-soft on the cheeks.8.Philip Kingsley
No London beauty list would be complete without mentioning Philip Kingsley. The brand is renowned worldwide for their expert range of haircare products, yet its roots are still firmly set where it first began. With products picking up accolades left, right and centre and a huge celebrity following, this has to be one of our all-time favourite London brands. The one product we can't live without? The Philip Kingsley Geranium and Neroli Elasticizer. It not only smells divine (think British summer garden), but just 15 minutes of this miracle mask gives us super-soft and voluminous hair.9.Rococo Nail Apparel
£12.00Rococo Nail Apparel was founded by sister duo Ange and Vernice Walker, who are hot on the London Nail Scene. Their brand has now gained a cult following with celebrities such as Alexa Chung and Agyness Deyn, and continues to grow as a brand in the British beauty industry. To celebrate London Fashion Week, we are using the Rococo Nail Crème in Fashion Victim Night, which is the perfect red to take us from day to night.10.EX1 Cosmetics
If you haven't yet tried EX1 Cosmetics, you may just want to. Adele's BRIT Look was from the brand, and we cannot get enough of their creamy bases and gorgeous formulations. The brand was founded by Farah Naz, who studied Bio-Chemistry and Business Management, and then went on to create a line of makeup that was suitable for olive and dark skin tones. Our favourite product is the Invisiwear Liquid Foundation (the shade range is extending too!), as it gives a gorgeous and long-lasting glow to the skin.
