5 steps to create the perfect bubble bath

Take the time out of your day to nourish your body and indulge in a little self-care. To help you out we’ve put together 5 steps to create the perfect bubble bath so you can sit back and relax with ease.

Set the tone

Every perfect bath starts with an even more perfect setting, so turn down the lights and put on your favourite candle to calm your senses and create a blissful aroma. If you’re after the ultimate way to relax, choose the NEOM Organics Complete Bliss Standard Scented Candle. Infused with a refreshing fragrance of Moroccan blush rose, lime and black pepper, the candle will lift your mood whilst leaving a heavenly scent. If you want to really indulge, choose the La Perla Amber Lace Candle. Adding a touch of luxury to your bubbles, the candle entwines notes of fresh lemon, black pepper and amber to create a warm and tranquil atmosphere.

Bubble Up

No bath is complete without a luxury lather of bubbles! The Ritual of Samurai Bath Foam works to refresh and deeply cleanse your skin whilst soothing Bamboo extract and Sandalwood help to calm your senses and leave your skin feeling silky smooth. If you’re after a more natural approach, reach for the Neal's Yard Remedies Aromatic Foaming Bath. Infused with lavender, geranium and other essential oils, the product delivers skin nourishing properties to leave your body nice and smooth. Simply add a small amount under hot running water and enjoy your soak.

Add some salts

Salts can make a great addition to your bath, especially if you have aching muscles or have had a long strenuous week. Mauli Himalayan Healing Salts combine therapeutic oils with Himalayan Pink Salts to help calm your senses and nurture your body. Rich in minerals, the salts work to eliminate impurities and soothe aching muscles. If you want to spiral off into a relaxing sleep afterwards, we recommend using the Westlab Sleep Bathing Salts. Made with 100% pure Epsom and dead sea salts, a sprinkle of the product provides a calming and fragrant aroma to help relax your body and mind.

Choose your body scrub

Baths are the best place to pamper yourself from head to toe. Choose a nourishing body scrub to help remove dead skin and buff yourself to perfection. The Frank Body Original Coffee Scrub has a delicious fragrance of orange and coffee and works to buff away any dry flaky skin. Enriched with vitamin E it will leave your skin feeling soft and your body smelling even better. Another great product is the NUXE Rêve de Miel Body Scrub. Infused with sugar crystals, the polish works to soften and renew the appearance of your skin. We recommend using a scrub as the last step just before you get out of the bath so you can keep the water fresher for longer.

Moisturise your body

Last but by no means least, the perfect way to end your bathing ritual is to coat yourself in your favourite moisturiser. The Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede Body Crèmeis infused with conditioning jojoba seed, cocoa seed and sweet almond to provide you with replenishing hydration and deep nourishment. It also smells divine! Another one of our favourites is the Bondi Sands Tropical Rum Body Moisturiser. Ideal for those who use fake tan, the product is carefully pH balanced to help your glow last as long as possible.
