Liquid Eyeliners

It’s easy to apply liquid eyeliner once you know how, meaning even beginners no longer have to ‘wing’ their eyeliner. Choose a pen eyeliner for ultra-precise flicks and lines. Then start at the outer corner of your eye and draw a line where you want your wing to be. Then go to the inner corner of your eye and work your way to the line you’ve just drawn. Let it dry before you finish the rest of your makeup.

Correct any smudges after it’s dried, that way you won’t mess up the rest of your creation. If you want to stop your eyeliner from smudging throughout the day, apply a primer to your lids before creating your look.
