With summer in full swing, we caught up with Hannah – commonly known on Instagram as @cocobeautea – to discover the beauty products she can’t get enough of this season. Whilst it’s not easy to stay looking glam on the ‘gram 24/7, our #Teamfantastic girl, Hannah, always manages to pull it off. The secret behind her effortlessly glowing skin? Hannah reveals all in this exclusive tutorial on how to create an everyday summer makeup look.

 Step 1: Ace your Base

"I’m loving a glowing, bronzed makeup look that’s lightweight enough to stand the heat. Before applying makeup, I use the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base. This is the perfect base because it keeps my skin feeling hydrated and helps my makeup to apply seamlessly.

"To disguise the discolouration on my skin, I’m using an orange colour correcting stick by Smashbox to counteract those darker spots. This way, when I apply my foundation or tinted moisturiser the colour will be more balanced and won’t look too ashy.

"As it’s summer and I still want to even out my skin tone, I’m using the NARS Tinted Moisturiser in St. Moritz as it’s breathable and lightweight - this gives my skin a super lovely glow."

Step 2: Conceal & Glow

"I’m following up by using the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Ginger - this is my all-time favourite. I apply this in a slight triangle shape under my eye, and at the corner of my eye I create a line going up to my hairline. It’s a recent trick that I’ve learned to lift and brighten the under-eye area.

"I’m bronzing up my skin by using the Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Powder in shade Medium along my cheekbones and temple. This is my all-time favourite bronzer and creates a beautiful summer glow. To complete the cheeks, I’m using the Laura Mercier blush in Fresco."

Step 3:  All about the Eyes

"For my eyes, I’ve been loving the By Terry Eyeshadow Pen in Sunny Flash. This is a beautiful gold tone that’s perfect for summer and so easy to apply. It’s gorgeous on its own, but to add a bit of definition I’m using a warm brown eyeshadow from the NARS Cosmetics The Skin Deep Eye Palette and blending that along my crease. To define my eyes, I’m using the Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil in Whiskey along my waterline and my lash line, winging it out at the corners.

"I love using a brown-toned eye liner as it keeps the eyes looking defined, but still subtle. I’m finishing the eyes by using my favourite mascara - the L’Oreal Lash Paradise mascara. This gives beautiful definition and volume to the lashes."

Step 4: Lips

"I find that matte lips are great because they last long, and they also balance out a glowing makeup look. I’m in love with the Estee Lauder Liquid Lip colour in Bronze Leaf. This is the perfect nude lip colour and it does not budge!"
