I was really sceptical about this sleepy spray mist until I tried it and wow it’s really is unbelievable, I normally suffer from menopause insomnia but I have been using this now for a few months and I am getting the best sleep ever, I also let my husband try it and he says the same, this weekend (06/05/23) I have visited my in-laws and they normally wake up multiple times a night but I let them use this sleepy spray and they slept right through to 6am they said it’s been the best sleep they have had in a very long time.

Sleepy dreams
This really does work, after getting a 10 ml sample bottle in one of the beauty boxes I bought the full size because it normally takes me hours to get to sleep then I toss and turn all night but with a few sprays of this on my pillow I drifted off to sleep quickly (husband said) and I stay sleeping till morning, it doesn’t knock you out like sleeping gas or anything it just relaxes you.

I first got a sample of this in a beauty box and sprayed it on my pillow and I was pretty amazed because for the first time in a long time a had a solid sleep as I suffer from menopause insomnia, although this doesn’t knock you out it just relaxes you into a sound sleep. It’s amazing

Solid sleep
I suffer from menopause insomnia and often don’t get to sleep until 2/3am and I still toss and turn all night but the last few weeks I have been using this Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Sleep Mist and although it doesn’t make you go to sleep it sure does relaxe you and once you are sleeping I feel that I am having a proper solid sleep, I don’t think you Will disappointed give it a go.

Nice but weird
Helps to drift off too sleep but it doesn't have the best of smells which is a shame. Only need one spray of it. Can be overwhelming.

This is a lovely pillow mist. The fragrance is pleasant. I can’t say if it helped my sleep or not but it certainly provided a moment of calm as I breathed in the fragrance and focussed on some calming breaths. Sadly my husband didn’t like this one and would pull a face every time I sprayed the pillow.
