Have tried other sleep mists in the past and they have been OK but this is so much better, well for me it is. As a lady of a certain age my sleep pattern is pretty awful and has been for a few years now. I never go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning. I'm waking up throughout the night, multiple times, but with this spray I manage to go back to sleep and when I do wake up I'm feeling calm and settled.

Not the best aroma, it might be a bit overpowering to some people (I.e my husband doesn’t like it) but I quite enjoy it at night.
