Staple!
5I’ve been using this for almost 10 years and will not be without it. It’s my 2nd cleanser each evening and always helps clear my skin up without drying it out!

Gentle, thorough & nice smelling
5Love this product. Been using for a good few years now. Removes makeup easily, gentle on the eyes, refreshing and smells gorgeous. I’ve tried others but this just suits me best every time. Lasts a long time too.

Gentle cleanser
5Very happy with this product. I have been having lots of breakouts and and after using this product for a week I have noticed that skin condition significantly improved. IThis cleanser is gentle but does it's work very well, does not leave my skin dry and also smells good.

Great gel cleanser
4Purchased this cleanser to try out with my Foreo Mini 2 as my skin has been flaring up and getting red a lot during lockdown and I'm very impressed. Foams up really nicely with a little product and water, works well both with my Foreo device (although need more product) or just with my hands in the shower. Face feels lovely and clean after and my redness and blemishes have definitely reduced after just a week of using the product. It does have a slightly odd smell but it's not offensive, just can't quite place it. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it is quite drying for my combination skin so a good moisturiser is needed to apply after cleansing. I'm currently using REN Evercalm but I'm going to give Origins Mega Mushroom a try next as I'm not sure the Evercalm is quite right for my skin.

4Feels good on the skin, doesn’t dry it out. However, I still need to use other stronger cleansers to remove foundation or sunscreen from my face.

Good morning cleanser
5This is a fantastic morning cleanser found it was not strong enough to remove makeup but brilliant in the morning as a gentle but effective cleanser

Very nice one
5I am a very picky regarding cleansers. And yes it was amazing i bought it like few years ago. It smelled nice and cleanse well. This is when your skin is ok and dont need an additional skin regime. I will reorder some time again it.

Best cleanser ever
5The best cleanser for my combination skin--I've used it for five years already and not planning to switch. I've tried to cheat on it a couple times--so many new exciting products out there!--only to turn back to Aveda BK a week or two weeks later. Super-gentle non-irritating cleanser, the best of the best!

Aveda gel cleanser
5Permanent blackheads occaisional spots, after many years of different products ranging in price and only minimal effects, the most succesful cleared blackheads but left my face very sore. This product firstly cleaned well and makes you feel good, after a couple of weeks clear of spots and blackheads :0) and feel fresh faced, wish it was a little cheaper, but I'm worth it :0) if it make you feel more confident and happy.
