The worst hair straightener

I have somewhat thick and frizzy hair and the description of this straightener said it would be smooth and shiny. This is by far the worst straighter I have ever purchased! I does nothing to my hair, the plates don’t even get warm. I am shocked at the price they sell this for as I have had better luck with straighteners 1/4 of the price. Extremely disappointed and will never buy anything from babyliss again.

So disappointed with these straighteners after always using this brand. The plates are really small and struggle to straighten my hair even on the highest heat.

Very good. My hair looks like silk, very high heat setting though so make sure you use a heat protection product first, I use wow or beauty works miracle spray
