love love this product
this is a gorgeous creamy balm that doesn’t irritate and leaves my skin feeling really clean but not dry .. i used to use liz earle hot cleanse but this is so much less drying and i have a lovely glow afterwards it removes all my makeup .. you can do d double cleanse and add extra water to make it go milky and leave on as a mask which is also lovely and it smells gorgeous on my third pot

Very disappointing
It is so hard to wash off even when double cleansing. It doesn’t emulsify at all! It also makes my eyes blurry. It does remove my makeup but at what cost… I’m really sad I spent my money on this product.

This is amazing, great for removing a full face of makeup with little work smells wonderful and so gentle on the skin
