Not plumping but good primer
As others have said this doesn't really have a plumping effect on the lips. However it is a great primer for your lipsticks to go oh over and leaves your lips soft.

I ve used this product but haven't felt it did what it said on the tin Gives a nice feel to lips but they don't feel plumped or appear any different
