Aggravated Rosacea

I have dry sensitive rosacea prone skin.  The serum really hydrates and because my skin feels more protected, i thought it was the HG.  It months of a continual rosacea episode before I discovered the root cause was this serum, no matter what else I used.   Fatty alcohols, Niacinamide and Dimethicone are unexpected aggravators.  As it’s free of acids (ALA / BHAs) and vitamin C I thought I was safe, not so!!
