Look Good Feel Better is the only cancer support charity in the world dedicated to providing practical support for women who are undergoing cancer treatment. Creating a space of wellbeing, positivity, support and confidence; the brand aim to provide women with self-help skincare and make-up workshops, so they can look and feel good at all points through their treatment.
With a wide range of make-up brushes and cosmetic tools to help minimise the side effects of cancer treatments such as skin changes and loss of eyebrows and eyelashes, these beauty instruments aren’t just for making women to look good; with every single sale of their products, 12% will be donated to the charity, with a minimum of £30,000 guaranteed annually. With 20,000+ volunteers across the globe, Look Good Feel Better is now operational in 26 countries.
There are over 1.5million women supported internationally with the help of the charity through the help of beauty and skincare workshops.
In 2015, Look Good Feel Better reached 21 years of supporting women undergoing cancer treatments, with plans to increase patient reach in the years to come.
There are 76 workshop locations across the UK, running over 1200 sessions and helping close to 12,500 women in 2014.
Since 1994, the charity has helped over 110,000 women to minimise the effects of cancer treatments.
By 2017, Look Good Feel Better plan to support 3 times the number of women they did in 2014, with plans to also launch a support service for men.
