I use this for my first cleanse and it melts away my make up perfectly, leaving a nice clean base for my second cleanse. Doesn’t sting my eyes at all and I rub quite a few drops around the eye area to melt eyeliner and mascara like some other more expensive balm cleansers to do cause irritation and watery eyes. I love how this makes my skin feel, clean and hydrated and I will be making this a permanent part of my skincare routine <3
