Great item. Long lasting quality product. Works really well with Clinique foaming wash, the one specifically made to use with their Sonic brush. Believe there is now a foaming wash for dry skin.

As a general rule I replace the brush every time I buy a new Clinique foaming cleanser. The brush is gentle and keeps blocked pores at bay. I find the brush lasts a lot longer if you only use it on clean skin and not to remove makeup (which with a brush you would only be rubbing into your skin anyway)

I use my Clinique brush daily and find that these heads still last at least three months so it doesn't work out too expensive. It's great for gentle daily exfoliation.
