I brought my daughter this for her birthday she loved it as she shops with you regularly and got everything she wanted 

Totally inadequate

These vouchers must be used in ONE transaction - this is apparently in some terms and conditions which are not made clear anywhere!! Unlike ANY other gift voucher available at every other retailer. Bought as a gift and LF stole the rest of the voucher - customer service unwilling to help in the slightest. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Do not buy

These gift vouchers have to be used in ONE TRANSACTION. That is not made clear at any point when buying or receiving one of these.

Do not get a this

You have to use the voucher all in one go else it’ll take the remaining balance. Also, you cannot use any promotions. Absolutely disgusting.

Great gift for a friend and lookfantastic always offer fantastic discounts too so can get lots for your money in compared to other beauty stores/online. 

Avoid

My daughter received 100 voucher as a gift. Used 35 pound of it only to be told when trying to use the remaining 65 that she couldn’t. The voucher apparently only can be used once and was now void! Surely that is robbery that look fantastic just pocket the 65 pound!!!! I have one very unhappy girl as look fantastic basically in my opinion kept her birthday money. I would give 0 stars if the option was there
