Totally inadequate
1These vouchers must be used in ONE transaction - this is apparently in some terms and conditions which are not made clear anywhere!! Unlike ANY other gift voucher available at every other retailer. Bought as a gift and LF stole the rest of the voucher - customer service unwilling to help in the slightest. VERY DISAPPOINTED

1You have to use the voucher all in one go else it’ll take the remaining balance. Also, you cannot use any promotions. Absolutely disgusting.

Avoid
1My daughter received 100 voucher as a gift. Used 35 pound of it only to be told when trying to use the remaining 65 that she couldn’t. The voucher apparently only can be used once and was now void! Surely that is robbery that look fantastic just pocket the 65 pound!!!! I have one very unhappy girl as look fantastic basically in my opinion kept her birthday money. I would give 0 stars if the option was there

Would not recommend
1Great gift particularly for those who love cosmetics. However no warning that it can only be used once, so any unspent goes back to Lookfantastic. Also cannot use against any promotion. Would not recommend.
