Very refreshing, very smooth texture, I am not sure it does everything it claims it does but it sure gives you a nice feeling around eyes.

Not sure if this has made my under-eyes brighter, but it definitely has helped in keeping my eyes refreshed and hydrated throughout the day :) I use this product x2 a day, once in the evening and once in the morning before my moisturiser.
