Didn’t work for me
I was recommended this from a dermalogica consultant as I get blocked pores and spots on my chin and cheek sometimes. Sadly it hasn’t really done much for my skin.

Good stuff
I have this in a duo pack with the clearing oil. At night I use the Dermalogica pre cleanse balm first, and wipe off with a hot flannel and then the daily micro exfoliant (twice a week). Then this oil. I’m 58 and this regime has transformed my skin to have a radiant glow, enlarged pores are reduced at the sides of my nose and chin and fine lines have softened a lot. I’m getting near the end of the little bottle - hoping to see a good offer for my next purchase!

Retinol + Jojoba Oil that is light weight and effective
I have a normal – combination skin type. I've been trying a testing a lot of retinols over the years but I have to say this is my all-time favourite. For one thing my skin just loves jojoba oil, so to get that in this serum is an amazing triumph for me. Past uses with retinol have left my skin purging after only a few uses, made my skin break out due to the heavy oil base it is in or done little to no effect. Dermalogica Retinol Oil is light weight and effective, I use this at night after I’ve cleansed with a heavy moisturiser to follow. I started using it every other day and worked my way up to a 6 nights a week routine (day 7 is my rest day) Results have been visibly shrunken and unclogged pores, reduced lines and improved texture. Highly recommend.

Just right for me!
I am 33 years old and this is my first time using retinol product. I’ve chosen it afrer very positive reviews. I have quite problematic, dehydrated skin. My bigest concerns are wrinkles, impurities, some scars and spots after acne. It’s to soon to tell long term results as I’m using it just few nights (will do some break and use it 2-3 times a week later). I was afraid that oil can cause some breakouts but I’ve noticed different results: skin smooth as silk, less impurities, no irritation, glowy and healthy look! I’m happy with my purchase especially as LF gave such a good price!

Second purchase!
I have already used a full bottle of the clearing oil (which lasted me almost a year of daily use) and I am now repurchasing. I have always suffered from acne and I am now 25 and never thought I would still be battling with adult acne. After 3/4 months using this oil (among other good quality products) my skin has improved. I still have some acne but it is as if every day is now a good day in comparison to what it was before. This oil is the only product I have used consistently and I can't rate it enough. But you need to use it over a long period of time to see results so just keep at it!

Amazing
Brought this about 3 weeks ago , I have Been using it every evening and definitely see an improvement in my skin. Acne scars are starting to fade & less breakouts. I did purge after a couple days but cleared up super quick. After suffering from adult acne for many years & not finding anything that helps , this is a miracle in a bottle,, You definitely need to use this regularly to see results & give it a few weeks or more. Amazing product! Will definitely repurchase

Great for clearing dirt
I’ve been using this for 6 months now in the evenings and I have seen a marked difference in less blackheads but it has done little for my acne. It does have a strong smell but it doesn’t bother me. My skin on my forehead and cheeks is really smooth thanks to this serum but don’t expect it to clear up jawline congestion.
