This really works!
5I love this muscle balm. It really helps to soothe my tense neck/shoudler muscles. I originally tried this balm when received as a miniature in the ESPA xmas advent calendar. It worked so well I had to buy the full size to have some more of it. I put it on at night and find that it really helps relieve the aches and pains that I suffer with. Highly recommend giving it a try. It's a little greasy but absorbs in to the skin after a little while, and it smells delicious!

A Must-Have
5it's a must-have for post-workout recovery or any form of muscle ache (I always have a bad back from sitting at a desk). This helped to soothe my sore muscles and ease any tension and now lives in my gym bag permanently for easy access.

Hero product!
5This is a repeat purchase for us (I use it myself but this purchase was a repeat one for my Mum, for Mother’s Day, as she absolutely loves it). She uses it for her shoulder, which she’s had to take painkillers for and have physio on in the past, but she now manages the inflammation and pain with this muscle balm. It rubs in really easily, has a lovely relaxing scent and brings a comforting warmth to the affected area. I also use it on my shoulders and hands as I’m a Medical Secretary so I spend long days at my desk, which leads to tension and inflammation in my shoulders and neck as well as giving me sore hands. We would both wholeheartedly recommend this muscle balm and will continue to purchase it on repeat. It’s a real hero product.

Brilliant!
5I've been having neck and shoulder issues since working from home, so after reading some reviews about how to help without taking pain killers I splurged on this. Boy, does it work! It's a little hard to get the cream out of the tube (I recommend warming the tube in your hands first) but it just melts on the skin. The smell is just wonderful and the tingling really helps provide some relief from aches and pains. The best thing is you can top up as much as you like. It will leave your skin feeling wonderfully moisturised too. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Great after a race
4I train up to 11 times a week and often get tense muscles. Massaging this balm into my muscles really helps to soothe them. I also apply it before a race to heat up my muscles. A must if you exercise a lot!
