It seems to calm down spots before they become aggressive but I wouldn't say they disappear much quicker than they would without it

This stuff WORKS. After struggling with bad acne for ages, trying serums and all sorts, this is the only thing that sorted it out. My skin is now clear all the time 3 years on from when I first started using this. But bare in mind, there's never going to be a quick fix for acne, so you have to keep at it AM and PM, and the results will appear quickly after a month or so. Also, make sure your moisturising well when using this as it can dry the skin out if you don't- but I think the results are worth it.
