I used this eye mask in the hope it would help me get a good nights sleep. I keep the mask in my skincare fridge so upon applying it, it was lovely and refreshing. I kept it on for the full 15 minutes and during that time I felt myself drifting off to sleep.  Afterwards I fell straight to sleep and didn’t wake up once during the night.
