Unfortunately it is a no
1Unfortunately this does not work if you have thick and frizzy hair - it is fairly heavy so the hand gets tired on top and you cannot go near the routes too much so at the end you still have to blow dry which beats the purpose. I have now sold mine at potentially for thin shorter hair it would work wonders but for the price you would expect this to be either perfect or stating that it needs a specific type of hair.

Worth every penny
5I never used to dry my hair as it’s long and would always be frizzy, with air drying or attempting to blow dry! This eliminates all those problems! Easy to use, and the best my hair has ever looked!! Expensive but definitely worth the money!!

Great hair styler
5I’m absolutely delighted I chose the GHD duet, very expensive but worth every penny. It dries and perfectly straightens my hair in such a short time, very easy to use.

2Sorry just doesn’t do anything for my hair at all. Much prefer a blow dry and normal ghds to go over it. Will be selling mine unfortunately x

I'm obsessed
5I've got curly hair so whenever I want a straight look, it would involve at least an hour of blow drying and straightening (which obvs would all be ruined come the next day). NOW THIS! This is a game changer. Styling time is halved and the next day I wake up, even after having my hair in a braid, with sleek manageable hair! I'm totally converted. I love it!

Best thing ever had
5I have to admit that GHD didnt disappointed me again, i have very frizzy and damaged , dry hair. 1000 times bleached and dye, i used this product today and that was a game changer. Never dry my hair in that short time and straightened in the same time. Tool is a bit heavy but i think my ghd helios hair dryer is heavier, is not to laud and it works perfect on the wet hair. Shine boost is even better , hair are so sleek and shiny and i didnt even use any oil before. Im very satisfied with this tool and i highly recommended 👌 if i could attached a picture of my hair that would prove everything.

Disappointment
1This does not live up to the expectations. It's frazzled my shoulder length hair on two uses. Not recommended for thick bleached hair at all. The no damage promise is a lie :( and it takes forever to dry hair and then within two hours the kink on my hair was back. My hair looks and feels better air dryed

Dream Come True
5I love this styler! It has literally become my go to styler in the mornings or in the evenings when I have washed my hair. I have always dreaded the thought of straightening my hair after washing it because of the effort around drying my hair and then straightening, where-as the duet has allowed me to eliminate that and crunch down on styling time. I love how straight I can get my hair by just using the dry setting. My hair comes out so soft and with no damage! The bonus of also having the option to give my hair an even sleeker/straighter look at the push of a button is amazing, all in one tool! I love taking this with me when I go away anywhere and it really allows me to get my hair in the perfect condition for any styling technique!
