- Application: Blast hair until it’s 80% dry. Working with medium sections, place the brush into the root area and direct the heat from your dryer at the barrel. Keep the tension as you move the brush through your hair, directing heat at the barrel as you go. To create soft waves, dry each section (as detailed above) and then wrap it around the brush. Direct heat from your dryer on to the barrel of the brush and then leave to cool for 30 seconds. Blast with the cool shot on your dryer before gently unwinding the section.

Tried other round hairbrushes and none work as well as this GHD one.

Does the job
I’ve been on a mission to keep my hair healthy from products to heat. So I decided to invest in this brush and I have to say it is really great! It helps to smooth stray hairs and creates a lovely blow dry.

Wish I had bought this sooner!
I had been using the same brush for many years but decided to treat myself to a new one to help prevent breakages and to help style my hair better to use hair straighteners less. I have mid length, fine hair that has slight waves at the sides and underneath and have suffered from postpartum hair regrowths so I am on a mission to look after my hair. Anyway this brush is AMAZING! It certainly helps straighten those stray hairs and leaves it feeling silky.

Hard bristles
Thought I’d try a the brush for my curtain bangs. Great size barrel, but find the bristles a bit hard. Hopefully they’ll soften with use.

Different from previous GHD brushes
I’ve had GHD brushes for a while now and the bristles on this one seem different and less strong. They don’t grip the hair as well when drying it.

Quality has dropped
I've had a couple of these GHD brushes for a number of years. Recently i lost one of my brushes so bought 2 more. I only buy GHD for their good quality as have thick hair and they have strong bristles. However at some point GHD have changed something and the new brushes have quite soft bristles and are useless on my hair. Really disappointing. Won't be buying again.

Holds onto hair
I already have the larger GHD radial brush but wanted the slightly smaller one for styling curtain bangs and a slightly less puffy blow dry. This brush is great. It holds into the hair in the bristles enough to get traction on the hair without pulling it too much. It keeps hair smooth and gives a great finish. Ideal for making flicks or curling ends under. Heat and a blast of cold air holding them in place. Certainly recommend this brush and size for bobs, layered medium length hair.

Add volume
Great light brush that adds amazing value to my shoulder length, fine hair. Hair looks shinier with less flyaway strands. Lovely packaging makes a nice gift, but disappointed that it isn't recyclable.
