Greasy
Removes most makeup well, as it should since the main ingredients are various oils. However, due to that same fact, it's very greasy and difficult to wash off. The instructions say to wipe it off but I don't like the waxy layer it leaves on the skin. Furthermore, it gets into your eyes and is very uncomfortable, blurring your vision. After all that, it didn't do the best job of removing my mascara. I got this as a last minute resort for travelling, but wouldn't recommend it. A cheaper and more effective alternative is sweet almond oil, at least it's easier to wash off.

Surprised to see the balm was coloured. Lovely feel on the skin and wipes off with a warm damp cloth well. However, don’t be fooled by the dirt in the cloth; it’s actually the coloured balm, not dirt.

Not a fan
I brought this for my son and he said it felt like the product was still on his skin after he assured me he has removed it. I tried it today and he was right, I died leave a film on your skin, hands felt the same. It did however remove my makeup and smelt ok but as a regular cleansing balm user I’ll stick to my usual brand

I wasn't totally convinced!
The balm feels quite nice on the skin but it's a little too thick for me! Also, I found the colour of the product stained my cloths!

Very small
This does an effective job at cleansing makeup off but it’s no good for a second cleanse as it’s actually quite difficult to get off bare skin. It leaves like a waxy texture which needs to be scrubbed off. The product smells lovely & is great for that first cleanse to break down makeup. This size was extremely small though & looked more like a travel / tester size
