Parisian perfumery house Goutal pays tribute to the complexity of the rose with Rose Pompom. An enduring symbol of love and femininity (and a favourite of Annick Goutal, the nose behind this intoxicating fragrance), the rose holds the reigning title of ‘Queen of Floral Kingdom’ since ancient times.
Bursting open with a flirty entrance of candied Raspberries, the plummy-rose fragrance fuses the multifaceted elements of the highly prized Bulgarian Damask Rose, intertwined with the deeply floral, honeyed notes of the rare and fleeting Taïf Rose. For the dry-down, the fragrance settles on a backdrop of sweet Vanilla and powdery hues of Violet that lend depth and warmth to the floral scent.
The rose-pink concoction shines through its elegant glass flacon, crowned with a silver top and encased in a tasteful collector’s box.
