Absolutely could not be without this now. My hair is so smooth and frizz free in the mornings now. I have very thick hair. I blow dry as normal. Pop it up in a twist pop on the bonnet. When I wake up and take the bonet off my hair falls down exactly how I blow dried it! I get an extra day out of my hair too!!
