The hair gummies feature a blend of biotin, zinc and selenium that help to contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin while vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress that can lead to potentially higher fall-out rates. Complete with a delicious strawberry flavour, the soft gummies double as a tasty sweet treat.

Good vitamins for hair growth
These vitamins are my go to whenever my hair is feeling damaged or if I want to grow it out. It does take a few weeks of consistent use to see a difference but once they are working, you really see the difference! I have used them a few times now and keep coming back to them, plus when you get them on offer it's a nice bonus.
