Notice a difference within a week of using
5Wanted to up my green intake and went with this brand as I have used their shiitake for a while now and it’s very good quality with no upset tummies. My tummy is extra sensitive so I started with less than half a teaspoon and increased over a week slowly. My skin is clearer and healing from breakouts like I have never known. My tummy is so much flatter and no nasty side effects. Taste isn’t nice but it also isn’t that awful you won’t take it every day or even fear taking it. I will buy a bigger pot now I know it works for me.

Good quality
5I purchase and repurchase several Kiki health products and this is a new addition for me. It’s so easy to use and the taste is not overwhelming at all. I add it to matcha lattes and shakes and it dissolves in without problems.

HQ Supplement for SENSITIVE SKIN!
5I've tried the entire range from Kiki Health & there's a few I really like, but this... THIS one I cannot live without. It's not advertised specifically for your skin, but since a healthy gut requires a healthy dose of good bacteria & has been shown numerous times to be linked to the health of ones skin, I have to say with absolute certainty that Kiki's Superfood powder works for my sensitive, acne-prone skin every time - it DOESN'T taste good {then again, vegetables/salads are not really my forte so the taste really isn't enjoyable for me} so I add a teaspoon or two in a glass, mix it with water, but do not fill to the top; the idea is to just get it down me & then I'll finish the bottle of water I used to pour into the glass to get rid of the taste/residue in my mouth. I love the deep vibrant green colour of it though :D
