I can’t say if it actually helps to retain length but I don’t mind it as a blow dry cream on my 3b/3c hair before straightening. Hydrated well.

It does what it says, but I found a lot of build up from using this product after hair washes. I have fine / blonde hair, and other products work better even if they are more pricey.

I use this on damp hair before drying to help smooth the finished look.  Also great for day 2/3 hair to give it more shine if it’s dry. Too much product will leave hair too greasy though if adding on dry.
