It smells minty and barely moisturises. :| I’m not pregnant maybe that’s why I don’t like it lol  Perhaps the minty smell is an anti nausea thing for expecting mothers- not sure.  This is a lotion not a cream so won’t last if you have dry/ dehydrated skin.  More of an all over light creme you can sweep over skin in summer or milder weather or just before going bed and it’s not sticky

Not pregnant but love Mio range so I thought to try this when it was on promotion. Light, nice fresh minty smell, maybe better suitable for warmer months, absorbs quickly. Enjoy it.

This is an effective no frills moisturiser, it leaves skin hydrated even in the winter months. However, it does take a bit of time to absorb so you cannot get dressed immediately, I therefore used it mostly at night.
