This is by far thr best lip liner I've ever purchased. I always tend to buy high end makeup but I have recently tried "drug store" brands to try and save some money. This didn't disappoint. Liner goes on silky smooth, stays in place and blends easily with lipstick or a gloss. Lovely product and so cheap!

This lip liner is a great colour, it really plumps lips and I use it lots. It doesn't last as long as the other lip liners I have used (Nyx) but I carry it with me to reapply. It also does have a slight shimmer to it, it isn't matte.
