Works but be careful

Overall this is really good at clearing your skin and preventing breakouts. However I did suffer adverse effects after a few uses. My face became extremely dry, flaky and puffy. I had to cease using it.

I absolutely love this product.  The instructions recommend using it 3 times per week but I wish it could be every day.  It’s so light, your face feels refreshed and clean after use and the scrub beads are not harsh, which can be the case with other similar facial scrubs.  Ease of application means it fits easily into your daily routine and doesn’t need to be left on a lengthy period of time like some products. It has a pleasant scent with what I think is light notes of citrus that I can smell. Decent size container, value for money. Attractive packaging suitable for all ages from older teens upwards.  Maintains that cleansed feeling for a number of hours.  Removes makeup and impurities well. Skin has remained outbreak free.

Lovely scrub

I loved this scrub helps my skin to be clean and smells very good. I’ve noticed some changed in my skin like less blackheads so I recommend it

My skin routine

The scrub is in a flexible tube closed with a solid click. The texture is very compact and transparent. In the structure, thick and unsharp granules are visible and noticeable, which pleasantly massage the face, but do not scratch it. The product spreads well on the face well. After washing off the scrub, the face is refreshed and visibly smoothed, as if brighter. Cleansed skin is not unpleasantly tense and dry, which is a huge plus of the cosmetic. I use it every day and I haven't noticed the slightest sign of irritation. It is definitely not an aggressive product, but it perfectly removes dead skin cells and prepares the skin for further treatments. The smell of the scrub is citrus, but not overbearing. Very subtly wraps the skin, refreshes and stimulates. This makes me most likely to use it from the morning.

Texture - the facial scrub doesn’t foam and the granulles are on a harsh(er) side.  Breakout prevention - had a couple of breakouts after the first two uses (although started with completely breakout-free skin), but would write it off on the product change in the routine. Another breakout appeared after two weeks of using the product on the nose (never had one there).  Feeling after use - skin feels clean, not dry or streching - this is very positive outcome. Would I buy it? Probably not.

Good for oily skin

This is good if you have spot prone skin. Cleans well, it’s oil free. Skin feels clean and over time does help with breakouts.

Please do research before purchasing

I tried this scrub for the first time two nights ago. I immediately felt my face stinging and going slightly red, I made sure to wash everything off and went to bed. Woke up yesterday morning to a VERY swollen and red face, my skin is all puffy around my eyes and my skin texture now feels very rough. I’ve had to take some medication to try and help the swelling. Please google this brand as it seems to have happened to a lot of people. Will definitely never purchase anything from Neutrogena again
