It's somehow matte and oil absorbing with a slight sheen? The sheen stops you from looking cakey it's great

It’s okay
I use this with the matching foundation but still have my make up sliding off my face half way through the day. It’s okay for a budget powder but next time I will defo be looking to try a more expensive one in my quest to fix my make up problems!
