One of the purest haircare products on the market, O'right's Green Tea Tree in a Bottle Shampoo, designed for normal to slightly damaged hair, boasts the title of 'World's Greenest Shampoo'. Enriched with green tea extract and certified-organic ECOCERT foaming agents, this eco-friendly product is a high quality shampoo made with 96% natural ingredients and manufactured in a high-standard cleanroom; with 100% of clean energies from wind and sunlight. The antioxidant cleansing shampoo is created with reclaimed water, solar energy and wind power, making it a healthy treat for tired tresses, whilst refreshing the scalp.

Not only is the shampoo an organic, eco-friendly product, the materials used for the packaging are 100% biodegradable and printed with non-toxic and non-pollutant soy ink. The bottle has been created with starch extracted from discarded vegetables and fruits and comes with 100% Native Taiwanese acacia seeds in the bottom, so after you've used up the Green Tea shampoo (boo!), you can do your bit for the environment. When buried in soil, the bottle will break down over the course of around a year and become nutritious to the soil. The seed will sprout and eventually grow into a tree - clever! - R.H

packaging problem

i love the smell of this shampoo, and I love that it is made with clean ingredients, but the packaging needs to hold up in shipping. When I received the shampoo the bottle had become compressed in shipping, as if any air that had been in the bottle had been sucked out. I opened the bottle, to allow the air to seep back in so the bottle would take it's natural shape again. The bottle is biodegradable, which is a great idea, but I believe because of this fact it didn't hold up as well. When I turned the bottle upside down to squeeze out a little shampoo, there was a crack on the side which quickly moved 3/4's of the way around the bottle. I had to dump the shampoo into large dish and then pour it into a used, empty shampoo bottle so I would be able to use it.
