Works, but...
The drops definitely aid a restful nights sleep. My mother loves these, and said she had a great night's sleep. I'm not sure I had quite the same experience, but still worth a try if you have trouble nodding off. The eye mask is good quality, and I found this improved my sleep more than anything. I really didn't like the pillow spray. I felt like I was having a reaction as I found it hard to breathe after using this, plus it ruined my silk pillowcase. This isn't a fine mist, it squirts out like a cheap water gun and soaks just one area. Also found it to be expensive for the small amount of sleep drops you get.

Best Gift Ever!
I was really impressed with this gift (got it for my mum, who has problems sleeping) She loved it - The sleep drops worked so well for her! She also thought the box was beautiful. Really nice gift that actually worked! This is the dream gift for anyone who has sleep issues or just loves sleep

Really lovely kit
Not cheap but splashed out as have been struggling with sleep for the last 6 months. I have to say this kit has genuinely had a real impact on me. The Pillow Mist alone is really effective and smells lovely, and the Sleep Drops I think are the stand out product for me. Have tried CBD drops before but these really do work and taste great which is a first. The mask is heavenly I just wish it was bigger! Addition of silk eye mask a really lovely touch. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to give themselves some TLC, it's worth it in my opinion.
