After few times of using I can tell that it makes hair visibly fuller in some way, but is hard to find out how much to put on as it also might make hair heavy if it's too much.

Essential product for my thin hair
Been using this for years and cannot live without it, however, recently have discovered a better solution for making it work for me - instead of spraying directly onto towel dried hair I dry my hair then squirt into the palm of my hand and apply by stoking my palms onto the parts of my scalp where needed (the front of my hair is sadly especially thin since peri-menopause), then dry with hairdryer. It works for me!
