Formulated with a skin-friendly combination of just seven ingredients, the mask is enriched with Avène’s Thermal Spring Water to provide a burst of moisture whilst plant-based Glycerine helps to form a protective seal. Suitable for daily use, skin will be left feeling comforted, calm and restored.

I tend to use this more as an over night mask than a 15 minute treatment. This could even be left on in the day if you didn't want to add any makeup as it is completely invisible on the skin. I have dry, very sensitive skin and I have always found it very soothing and never caused a flare up.

Holy grail
I use this mask every day and love it. It calms and soothes and I like to put it on as soon as I wake after a quick spray of the same brand thermal water. I have breakfast etc and then shower as normal and my skin feels soothed and ready for the day. I also use this cream to calm my skin at night if I need to. You can leave it on as long as you like as it is like an intensely soothing cream. It is too much for under make-up but I wouldn't be without this product for my reactive, sensitive skin. This Tolerance range is perfect.
