Lovely box but no surprises for me
This had a great range of products, but sadly nothing new to me. I love beauty boxes because I get a chance to try things I would usually buy...however I think I must have bought too many, because these were all pretty much repeats of things I have or have had. I shall try one more....just to see!

This is the first time I have ordered this box and decided to order one for my mum also as a treat. The box I believe has been very much geared for anti-ageing this month. As much as I wish to maintain youth, being 25 and training in beauty therapy I believe it could have been a little more diverse.

Great box with room for improvements
The December box was my first LF beauty box, and though I did receive some very nice products, I must say I was a bit disappointed. I received three very nice facial products, which have become a part of my skincare regime: the Murad facial cleanser, which is a heavy-duty face wash, that has proven fantastic for scrubbing down my face when I really need a good deep cleanse. The Elemis face peel mask is great for dry winter skin as well, leaving my skin soft and polished. Finally the Ole Henriksen facial oil is lovely with it's aromatic sent. However, the rest of the products was a bit disappointing to me. The collagen drink did not make any sense, since you need to drink it daily for a month for it to work. The Lord & Berry Khol is tiny, the macadamia oil infused comb is nice and all, but honestly, it's a comb.. Finally, I got a bourgeois eyeshadow in a dark green shade. This was possibly the biggest disappointment, since I'd seen that everybody else had recieved the smokey eye triple shade eyeshadow, in much more usable colours. All in all, an ok box, but it was a bit below my expectations, especially for a December box.

A Value for money box !!!
I think this box wasn't as good as the other 3 boxes but it was still really good value for money. I really liked the Ole Henrikssen oil, Murad cleanser, the comb and Elemis papaya peel. I still think this box is the best out there because the box is always worth over £60. I have already pre-ordered the January box!!

Disappointing for December
I've bought every Beauty Box from Look Fantastic so was looking forward to the Christmas December box. I'd have thought it would have been a little festive but it was such a let down. A botox drink that requires you to drink 4 week's worth before seeing results?! A comb that looks so cheap? This box is so far from the previous which have contained St Tropez, Jurlique, Nuxe, Gatineau etc. As another reviewer has said, the person responsible for this box needs a serious talking to. Not sure I'll bother with January's box.

Good box
Overall a good box. Many items in there that I wouldn't buy myself. The Murad cleanser is nice to try/perfect to take away on holiday. Face oil is very nice and I wouldn't normally buy this! I've wanted to try the Macadamia comb for ages and it's very good, along with the enzyme peel! The only downside is the Bourjois eye shadow- I probably won't use this and I could just buy it myself. The collagen supplement is interesting but I can't see buying the whole course. Overall a good box, lots of products I wanted to try and I would consider buying the box again!
