I signed up for the year and the February box looks good, but the January surprise box was awful. The yellow scrunchies were so horrible and cheap. There wasn’t anything really amazing in it so hopefully it gets better!

The idea is great. The contents not so much. Always feels like you get the left overs of what no one else wants. It could be such a great opportunity to try new stuff at a good price with the idea of buying full size afterwards but it’s ok to be. Tried it a few times, thinking they’d get better. But they don’t. I have lots of bits and bobs of things I just wouldn’t use. Shame.

I love that these boxes feel like a present from me to me every month. I’d say I’m always 90% happy with what I receive in my boxes. My one thing is that I wish that we were asked some basic questions when signing up so that you don’t get sent stuff you can’t use. For example, I am dark skinned but once got sent fake tan so it was pretty useless for me. A little bit of personalisation would be great.
