Not exciting anymore
At one time I use to get excited and enjoy opening my little box of luxury surprises, such a nice treat every month. which I'm sure every busy woman can relate and appreciate. However, in the last say, 5 boxes, all products are repetitive and seem standard. Now instead of looking forward to nice little surprises and different products every month, I'm actually dreading ending up with a load of eye creams, face creams and hair masks. Each month I'm hoping for inspiration and something different. With the amount of brands LF carry, one would hope for variation across the brands and not endless amounts of eye cream and the like. I've had my subscription for sometime, hoping for someone at LF to realise every month the customers are receiving next to the same goods over and over... LF clearly not checking customer review feedback. Really disappointed.

Needs some work
I have had a subscription for over a year now and loved this box at first but over the last few months it just seems a bit samesy. Could do with some different brands as there is always something from ‘the works’. Needs better full sized products when they are included in the box. Still carrying on with the subscription as out of a box there are only a couple of products I am disappointed with.

Need better and bigger products
The beauty box doesn't excite me anymore I am tired of receiving primers and miniature sized products in every box! I wish the face products were a bigger size as you only get 3-5 uses out of them which is not worth the price of the subscription.
