Apply Dream Filter to dry hair before shampooing. Spray evenly to saturate hair. Wait for 1-3 minutes, then shampoo.

Brightens blonde
I was skeptical but could definitely see an improvement in brightness after the first use. You won’t see the deposits wipe off like the TikTok videos but it does work. I applied to dry hair, enough to saturate, and left for probably ten minutes. Left my highlights brighter and my feeling cleaner.

I was a bit skeptical but it really does work! You need to ensure you really coat your hair and I tend to wait about 5-10 mins before washing out. You won’t see the residue wipe off like the TikTok videos 🙄but it really does leave your hair much brighter. I live in a hard water area and use it once per week.
